Except that you have to wait in the long queue to pick up your pre-booked tickets unless some kind person appears clutching a collection of tickets and asks the queuers if they have pre-booked! System doesn't work with one person booking office. Another pick up point (coffee bar, bar or sweetie counter??) desperately needs to be brought into use for this...it' expensive to have tickets posted but several discontented punters in queue last night. (I was lucky, arrived very early and was able to help myself to my ticket whilst booking office person busy with computer!)
